Usage characteristics: Ultra fast aminoformate rubber vulcanization accelerator, easy to disperse in the rubber compound
The vulcanization rate is fast because its structure contains not only active and promoting groups, but also a transition metal ion that makes the unsaturated double bonds of rubber more easily polarized. Generally used in combination with thiuram accelerators, it has excellent anti scorching performance. Commonly used in various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging and storage: Packaging in plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight and should not be stacked on top of each other. Overlapping or temperatures exceeding 35 ºC can cause abnormal compression of the product. The storage period is 1 year.
