Specification:
Usage characteristics: It is a fast curing accelerator for thiuram rubber, with short burning time, fast curing speed, and a tendency towards burning. Generally not used alone, it can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. Reducing its usage can prevent the glue from spraying frost, and it has good mechanical properties and aging resistance. Because it contains multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, for sulfur free vulcanization, high-temperature rapid vulcanization, and to produce heat-resistant rubber varieties. Commonly used for short-term rapid vulcanization of molded products, impregnated products, and fabric adhesives.
Packaging and storage: Packaging in plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight and should not be stacked on top of each other. Overlapping or temperatures exceeding 35 ºC can cause abnormal compression of the product. The storage period is 1 year.
