Usage characteristics: Medium speed accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has a slow vulcanization start, good operational safety, and slow vulcanization speed, which can cause slight discoloration. Therefore, it cannot be used in light colored products unless it is used as an active agent. When used alone, its vulcanized rubber has poor resistance to thermal oxidative aging and requires the use of effective anti-aging agents. DPG-80GE can effectively activate thiol accelerators and has no vulcanization promoting effect on butyl rubber (R) and ethylene rubber (EPDM). Mainly used for manufacturing tires, rubber sheets, shoe soles, industrial products, hard rubber products, and thick walled products.
Packaging and storage: Packaging in plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight and should not be stacked on top of each other. Overlapping or temperatures exceeding 35 ºC can cause abnormal compression of the product. The storage period is 1 year.
