Purpose:
1.High temperature plasticizers for natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. should be used at temperatures above 100 ºC, especially suitable for high-temperature mixing processing. It has almost no effect on the physical and aging properties of rubber materials.
2.It is low toxic, pollution-free, and not easy to be frosted by spray. It is soluble in ethanol, benzene and other organic solvents, and insoluble in water. Has good storage stability.
3.Add it to the rubber material at the beginning of the molding process. Not affected by carbon black, it can be used to plasticize carbon black rubber.
4.The dosage is 0.125-0.5 parts of natural rubber and 0.75-2 parts of synthetic rubber.
