Usage characteristics: A fast thiuram rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time, fast vulcanization speed, and a tendency towards scorch. Generally not used alone, it can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. Reducing its usage can prevent the glue from spraying frost, and it has good mechanical properties and aging resistance. Because it contains multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, for sulfur free vulcanization, high-temperature rapid vulcanization, and to produce heat-resistant rubber varieties. Commonly used in various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging and storage: 25kg/bag, packaged in kraft paper bags or plastic woven bags, lined with plastic bags, or other packaging methods can be adopted according to user requirements. It should be stored in a clean, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight. The distance from the wall should be greater than 0.5m, and it should not be close to water pipes, sewers, or heating devices to prevent moisture and deterioration. It should not be close to fire sources.
