Usage: Used as an auxiliary promoter for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. Due to its ability to decompose free sulfur during heating, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is relatively safe at operating temperatures, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. It can be used as the main accelerator in chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and butyl rubber. When used in combination with thiazole accelerators, it is particularly suitable for nitrile rubber, and the compression deformation and heat resistance of vulcanized rubber are excellent. When manufacturing latex sponge, it is advisable to use it in conjunction with accelerator MZ. This product is easily dispersed in dry rubber and also easily dispersed in water. Generally used for manufacturing heat-resistant products, cables, etc. DPTT is pollution-free and particularly suitable for light colored rubber materials. The dosage of DPTT in the promoter system is 0.5-1.5 parts.
Packaging and storage: Packaging in plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should be stored away from direct sunlight and have a shelf life of 2 years.
