Usage characteristics: It is a fast and environmentally friendly thiuram rubber vulcanization accelerator with a fast confirmation speed. During the vulcanization process, it does not release carcinogenic nitrosamines, and can replace similar accelerators such as DPTT, TMTD, TMTM, TETD, etc. Generally not used alone, it can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators, and has good mechanical properties and aging resistance. Because it contains multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, for sulfur free vulcanization, high-temperature rapid vulcanization, and to produce heat-resistant rubber varieties. Used for various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging and storage: Packaging in plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight and should not be stacked on top of each other. Overlapping or temperatures exceeding 35 ºC can cause abnormal compression of the product. The storage period is 1 year.
