Performance:
- TBSI is an important sulfinylimide vulcanization accelerator, which can prolong the scorch time and has good
vulcanization performance;
-TBSI will not generate carcinogenic nitrosamines in application, and can replace NOBS, TBBS and DCBS;
-TBSI can improve the anti-reversion and air aging properties of natural rubber, especially under high
temperature vulcanization and over-vulcanization conditions;
-TBSI TBSI can improve the adhesion propeties between rubber and copper plated steel wire.
Application:
-TBSI can be applied to tire and rubber products, especially the tire steel wire adhesive compound and thick
rubber products with high vulcanization performance requirements
Packaging:
Woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags lined with plastic bags, net weight: 25kg/ bag, or other
packaging forms can be adopted according to customer requirements.
Transportation:
During transportation, it should be rainproof and sun-proof. When handling, it should be unloaded lightly to
prevent collision.
