Specification:
Usage: Used for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber, with fast vulcanization speed, resistance to vulcanization and return to its original state without spraying frost, and resistance to scorching. When used in combination with sulfur, sulfonamide, and peroxides, it has good comprehensive performance and can improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanized rubber, improve the thermal tearing and semi-finished processing technology of vulcanized rubber, prevent edge pulling during product processing, and solve the problem of rubber material scorching that TMTD cannot solve. The resulting product has a long service life, good mechanical properties, and good thermal aging stability. It has good resistance to scorching and sulfur reversion, and is suitable for large thick products such as tire shock absorbers, support seats, etc. Non toxic and odorless, adhesive products that can be used in contact with hygiene food are substitutes for accelerators such as TMTM, TETD, TMTD, etc. It can be used alone or in combination with sulfonamide accelerators, with a general dosage of 0.1-4.0 parts when used as an accelerator.
Packaging and storage: Woven bags lined with plastic bags, each bag weighing 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a shelf life of 2 years.
