Product Description
Description:RC2564 are solution-copolymer using organic lithium as initiator by anionicpolymerization method in varsol consisting of styrene and butadiene. RC2564 is a polluted type styrenebutadiene.but RC2564S is a non polluted type. With features of narrow molecular weight distribution, high cis content,good abrasion resistance, low rolling resistance, can solve the problems of weak wet skid resistance of BR and high
rolling resistance ofSSBR. They are ideal materials for tire tread.
Specifications:
Application: They are mainly used to make semi-steel radial tire of winter tires and high performance tires (gradeV, 240 km/h), which can grip the road with ice/snow. The corresponding MWD ensure good processingperformance. It also widely used In conveyor belt, rubber shoes, shockproof products, seal products and otherindustrial rubber products.
Package and storage: The package include a HPPE film bag inside and a paper laminated HPPE or LPPEand polypropylene compound woven bags outside, with a net weight of 25kg or other. The product shouldbe stored in well-ventilated, clean and dry warehouses.
