Main applications: Super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and general accelerator for latex. Specially suitable for butyl rubber with compression deformation requirements and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance, as well as for EPDM rubber. The sulfurization temperature is 100 ºC, and the activity is stronger than TMTD, but at low temperatures, the activity is stronger and the tendency to burn is greater, which can easily cause early sulfurization during mixing. This product has an activating effect on thiazole sulfonamide accelerators and can be used as a second accelerator. When used in combination with DM, the anti scorching performance also increases with the increase of DM dosage. Due to its odorless, non-toxic, non polluting, and unchanged properties, it is suitable for rubber products used in adhesive tape, food, and medicine. In the United States, ZDMC has been approved by the FDA. The effect is significant in products such as EPDM rubber and butyl rubber.
