Application: A thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which crosslinks halogen containing high molecular weight polymers. It is suitable for vulcanization crosslinking of chlorinated butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber, especially as an efficient accelerator for chloroprene rubber. Compared with NA-22, NA-22 vulcanized chloroprene rubber maintains its good physical properties and aging resistance, while also improving the burning performance and operational safety of the rubber compound, and has faster vulcanization characteristics. Easy to disperse, non polluting, and non discoloring in rubber, it is commonly used in the manufacture of cables, tapes, rubber shoes, tires, and brightly colored products.
Packaging and storage: Packaged in plastic woven bags lined with plastic bags, each bag weighs 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place; Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a shelf life of 1 year.
