Usage: Used as a super accelerator for natural rubber and styrene butadiene latex, natural rubber and its regenerated rubber, nitrile rubber, and styrene butadiene rubber. Not suitable for high-temperature vulcanization, commonly activated with a mixture of dibenzylamine, dibenzylamine, and monobenzylamine, resulting in a low-temperature overspeed promotion system after activation. The rubber material can be vulcanized at room temperature for about 12 hours, and the normal vulcanization time at 100 ºC is 20-30 minutes. The slot method carbon black, clay, and acidic complexing agents have inhibitory effects on it, while the mixture of aldehyde amine, thiuram, thiazole, and dithiocarbamate accelerators with dibenzylamine and monobenzylamine can further increase its activity. Zinc oxide and sulfur need to be added during coordination, but fatty acids cannot be added. Due to its rapid promoting effect, the mixture of active agents dibenzylamine and monobenzylamine cannot be mixed simultaneously during mixing and should be added at the end of the mixing process. All rubber materials must be processed within the specified time, and if left for too long, they will become waste. This product does not change color or contaminate. Mainly used for manufacturing adhesive tape, medical and surgical rubber products, rubber shoes, waterproof cloth, self vulcanizing rubber paste, and latex products. The general dosage is about 2 parts, mixed with a mixture of about 2 parts of dibenzylamine and monobenzylamine.
Packaging and storage: 25kg/bag, paper plastic composite, kraft paper and other lined polyethylene film packaging, stored in a dry and cool place for 1 year. Stay away from sources of fire and heat.
