Product Description

Main characteristics: bitter taste. The relative density is 2.00. Dissolved in ethanol, slightly soluble in water. Non polluting products and stable storage.

Usage: Promoters for chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, and polyacrylate rubber, and suitable as metal oxide vulcanizing agents. The vulcanized rubber obtained from this product has high tensile stress and small compression deformation, but poor elasticity and heat resistance. This product is particularly suitable for W-type and universal GN type chloroprene rubber. It is easy to disperse, non polluting, and does not change color in the rubber compound.

The dosage in general products is 0.25-1.5 parts. 0.2~0.5 parts of chloroprene rubber water-resistant products are mixed with 10~20 parts of lead oxide.

Packaging and storage: Packaged in polyethylene woven bags lined with plastic bags, stored in low temperature and dry places, avoiding high temperature and humidity. Fire prevention, moisture prevention, and sun protection during transportation. Valid for 2 years.
