Product Description

Main characteristics: White crystalline powder, bitter taste, non-toxic, relative density of 1.25~1.35, melting point above 74 ºC. Insoluble in water, easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethyl acetate and acetone, slightly soluble in gasoline and water vapor, not easily soluble in benzene.

Usage: Mainly used in IR, NR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPDM systems as accelerators for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, with a wide vulcanization range, can be used alone or in combination with dithiocarbamate, thiuram, guanidine and other alkaline accelerators. It has a rapid promoting effect on natural rubber and synthetic rubber vulcanized with sulfur, and its critical temperature for vulcanization is low. Easy to disperse and non polluting in rubber. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, tapes, rubber shoes, and other industrial rubber products.

Caution: Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other areas.

Packaging and storage: Packaged in plastic woven bags lined with plastic bags, each bag weighs 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place; Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a shelf life of 2 years.
