Usage: Super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. The performance in dry rubber and latex is similar to that of the promoter ZDC, but with greater activity. The sulfurization flatness is moderate below 100 ºC, and narrow above 120 ºC. The most suitable temperature for sulfurization is 95-110 ºC. Due to its high solubility in organic solvents, this product is commonly used in low-temperature vulcanized rubber slurries. Latex containing this product can be used for one week without early vulcanization. The dosage of zinc oxide and sulfur is generally moderate, and fatty acids can be used or not. However, whether in dry rubber or latex, to manufacture highly transparent products, zinc oxide should not be used as an activator. When used for dry glue, it is usually only used as a second accelerator and is a good active agent for thiazole accelerators. There is an anti-aging agent in the mixing process, which can also improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. This product does not change color, does not contaminate, and is easy to disperse.
