Usage: Used as a rapid vulcanization accelerator, with a critical vulcanization temperature of 80 ºC. During mixing, attention should be paid to avoiding early vulcanization. The activity is higher when the temperature is above 100 ºC. The obtained product is tough, with excellent tensile strength and flexural fatigue resistance, but the product will change color under light, mainly used for natural latex and chloroprene latex products. This product is also used as a heat stabilizer for lotion polymerization polyoxyethylene, especially for soft products. It cannot be used together with lead, cadmium and other stabilizers, or it will cause discoloration of products.
Zinc oxide is required, but stearic acid is not particularly needed. The general dosage of this product in the rubber material is 3.5-4.0 parts, and the sulfur content is 2.0-3.5 parts.
Packaging and storage: Plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, etc. lined with polyethylene film packaging, net weight 25kg. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Valid for 1 year.
